1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website projectxhub.in, submitting project enquiries, or commissioning services from ProjectX Hub (founded by Prince Verma), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 2. Scope of Services & Engagements

ProjectX Hub provides commercial digital solutions including web development, AI automation agents, data reporting, UI/UX design, and digital marketing. The precise scope, technical deliverables, completion milestones, and financial quotes are established through mutual agreement in individual statements of work or proposal contracts prior to project execution.

Submitting an initial application via our "Start a Project" or "Contact" forms constitutes an inquiry only and does not establish an immediate binding service agreement until officially confirmed by our leadership team.

3. Client Responsibilities & Cooperation

Successful execution of digital projects requires timely collaboration from the client. Clients agree to provide required brand assets, API credentials, text copy, feedback revisions, and milestone sign-offs within agreed-upon timeframes to prevent project delivery delays.

4. Payment Terms & Revisions

Payment structures (such as milestone installments or upfront deposits) are communicated clearly before work begins. Work on subsequent phases may be paused if scheduled milestone payments remain outstanding.

Each service package includes a designated number of revision cycles. Additional revisions requested beyond the agreed package scope will be billed at standard hourly or project rates.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, proprietary algorithms, custom design UI assets, and deliverables crafted specifically for a client become the intellectual property of the client upon full and final settlement of project invoices.

ProjectX Hub retains the non-exclusive right to showcase completed portfolio items, case studies, and design snapshots across our marketing channels unless a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) explicitly prohibits it.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProjectX Hub, its founder Prince Verma, and team members shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including loss of revenue, database corruption, or server downtime—arising from the use of our website or delivered digital software.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of significant updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued usage of our website signifies ongoing acceptance of the revised terms.
